Senior Solution Architect

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing and implementing complex software solutions, with a proven track record of success in a senior architectural role. As a Senior Solution Architect, you will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and other technical teams to ensure that our solutions meet both business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture Design: Lead the design and implementation of robust and scalable architecture solutions. Develop detailed architectural diagrams and documentation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and architectural solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Solution Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms that align with the company’s technology strategy and goals.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to architectural decisions and propose mitigation strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that solutions are designed with performance, security, and maintainability in mind. Perform reviews and provide feedback on design and implementation.
• Project Management: Work with project managers to estimate effort, develop timelines, and ensure successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in solution architecture, software development, or a related field. Proven experience in leading architectural design for large-scale projects.
• Skills:

  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern technologies (e.g., microservices, containerization).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with enterprise integration and data management solutions.
